The girls at St. Michael’s are in need of constant, consistent care and support. By adopting a child, you are committing to donating a monthly fee in her name.
When you elect to sponsor a child, you will receive information including the child’s name, age, interests, and special requests. This donation will directly impact a child’s future and will make a difference that will extend throughout her life. The knowledge that someone out there cares enough to support her will make an incalculable difference in the girl’s own life, and your life is sure to be impacted as well.
Where the money will go?
Clothes, toiletries and other necessities
School supplies, books and uniform
Nutritious food
Health care
Tutoring, mentorship and counseling
Sports
Monthly Budget for One Child Currently in the Care of St. Michael’s Child and Youth Care Centre
You can choose to sponsor a child from R100 or more monthly to assist with the shortfall amount.
Additional opportunities
Create a monthly care package or holiday gift for the child. St. Michael’s CYCC will work with you to pinpoint the girl’s specific interests.
Care packages can include but are not limited to:
Clothes
Art supplies
Games
Keep in touch with her
Write to and correspond with the child, creating a bond that will surely impact both you and the girl in countless ways. A correspondence with a St. Michael’s girl is sure to enlighten you, and will mean more to the girl than you can imagine.
